Finished this baby blanket last night.

This looks so snuggly, the parents will love wrapping their precious baby in this.

Well technically this was done in August but I’ve just finished blocking it. It’s the Desert Sunset Shawl.

It’s the project that helped me get my knitting mojo back.

Wow! It’s a beauty!

Oooh the colors. Like Sherbert ice cream! Love it! Edited to add: is it corner to corner crochet? That can be such an addicting pattern to crochet in all the pretty colors

@MrsDanielWilson thank you!! Yes, it’s the corner-to-corner throw and I agree, it is such an addiction pattern!! I began another one but the yarn wasn’t working well with it. Boo!! I began using a baby yarn that has a metallic thread through it and it just got too splitty!

This is so lovely and the colors are so soothing!

Very pretty! I love all the colors you used. They look so nice together.

Very pretty! Lovely color combination!

This is a shawl I actually knitted in August, but I sent it to my favorite Youtube yarn dyer (ChemKnits), to have her use it as a blank to dye. My original intention was to unravel it, because I thought the shape was weird, but now that it’s dyed, I’m thinking I might just keep it as a shawl.

She did a great job on the video and demonstrated two different dyeing techniques:

I love the process of how this came into being, thank you for sharing this. It’s beautiful.

I finished this afghan for my grandson. Wanted each of my grandchildren to have a blanket, just as I have one from my grandmother. This also used up stash and completed a WIP (changed from the original pattern though).

Beautiful! Lovely work and I love the color combination!

This afghan is great, congrats on completing one of your WIP’s!

It’s lovely!

This is fabulous! Congrats on finishing a WIP and making an heirloom for your grandson to treasure.

Thank you all for your kind words.

I really like the finished project. Your work is fantastic and the colors show so nicely when wrapped around.

Last week I finished a blue shawl…and posted it somewhere here on FiberKind.

Today I finished a pair of finger-less gloves. I was able to make 2 pairs of fingerless gloves from this beautiful local yarn. This pair I made for myself.
