Depends on the cardigan. It’s one thing if it’s a heathered, relaxed-looking thing that you’re wearing open over a tee to keep the chill off in a stern lecture theater or something, instead of a hoodie. I think it’s perfectly acceptable to wear simple tees under cardigans. Graphic tees and v-necks both look fairly silly though imo
