A friend of mine lives at the bottom of a hill (a real one, not a 10 foot pile of dirt!) and mobile phone coverage is patchy at best. Unfortunately for him, the rich people in the big houses at the top of the hill don’t want nasty things like phone towers and masts near them (and they don’t need them, anyway) so the people in the “social housing” at the bottom of the hill can use a landline, take a bus to another area or wait until they are somewhere else and pick up all the missed calls. I won’t repeat what he has to say about it, either!
As former military and wife/mother to military I know exactly what he said. But I shall not repeat it
