How are you keeping track of your patterns

How are you logging in and keep track of the patterns you have? Ideally, I would like an excel type spread sheet that allows me to see a picture, weight, name of pattern yards required, stash available or need to buy.

any help you can provide me would be great. I have GoodReader, and Evernote. Thanks
