Many of you have been seeing the quilted objects I have been making. I thought I would share a tool I have been using. It is called Accuquilt. (Accuquilt is a new affiliate, and the link is embedded to help fund FiberKind.) My best pieces over the past couple months have used this. My favorite so far is these tops I made for placemats. With the exception of the block in the middle, everything here was cut with the accuquilt. It even takes care of the dog ears.

The accuquilt that I use is the “Go!”. The dies that come with and can be pricy, but I found they often have sales, and Amazon (please use the affiliate link for amazon as well) often has great sales.

My hands often struggle with pain in the cutting area, as well as problems with sliding rulers making inaccurate cuts, and this made it possible to quilt again.

Thought I would fill you in on my secret!
